Usage
Remove the sanitary pads from the package. Pull out the adhesive plastic and place the first fold slightly above the seam of the underwear.
Put on your underwear as usual and use your hands to make sure the tampon is firmly attached to the underwear.
Should be replaced every 3-4 hours for cleanliness and good hygiene.
