Usage
Take a 45 centimeter long silk thread and wrap it around the tips of both middle fingers and use your thumb and index finger to pull the silk taut and gently move the silk back and forth. Between the teeth and the gum line Bend the floss up and down around the tooth to remove plaque and food particles. Do the same on all other teeth, using a new section of floss for each tooth.
